A Message from Fr. Joe

A Message
from Fr. Joe

A Blessed New Year to you and your family. I pray that 2026 will be a year of graces showered upon you from above.

Our Lord Jesus said

“I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer…” (Lk. 22:15)

The deep longing of Jesus to gather with us at the Eucharistic Table ought to move our hearts to draw closer to Him. Perhaps you feel He is at a distance. Perhaps your faith is shaky. Perhaps you don’t seem to get much out of attending Mass on Sunday. It is important to realize Our Lord said “Behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Mt. 28:20)

Jesus doesn’t forget about us—Ever!  We, on the other hand, often forget about Him. He has a great desire  to meet us at the altar. He also seeks to speak to us through Eucharistic Adoration. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed in the Adoration Chapel Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Respond to his invitation to “Come and See”.

May none of us forget Him. May we have a great desire to eat Passover with Him. He says “Do this in memory of me.”  The Mass is our contact with His Real Presence. Make a commitment for 2026 to worship the Lord every Sunday.

In Christ, the Bread of Life,

Fr. Joe Campion
